Gel-Elektrophorese, einschließlich Immunreaktion (Western-Blotting)

SDS-Polyacrylamidgel-Elektrophorese (SDS-PAGE, Disk-Elektrophorese)
z.B. Protein-Ausscheidungsmuster im Urin, ggf. einschließlich Einengung, z.B. Azetylcholinesterase-Nachweis im Fruchtwasser; SDS: Sammelgel, Trenngel; Färbung; Auswertung: z.B. visuell-deskriptiv; apparativ-quantitativ (Densitogramm).
